Pension fund

The Ascom Pensionskasse (APK) is an independent foundation with which Ascom (Switzerland) Ltd as well as other companies are affiliated. Risk protection is based on the principles of a defined benefit plan, while retirement pensions are managed based on the principles of a defined contribution plan. However, since the life plans, needs and requirements of insured members vary, the Ascom Pensionskasse offers individual retirement options within the retirement window (between 58 to 68).

Accident insurance

Ascom (Switzerland) employees are insured with SUVA against the consequences of work-related accidents and illnesses. Employees who work at least eight hours a week are also insured against the consequences of non-work-related accidents.
