CAREER START

Ascom group employs in Switzerland about 500 employees on the locations Berne, Hombrechtikon, Mägenwil, Solothurn and Dübendorf and offers every year between 10 - 15 young people an ideal start to their professional career.

At Ascom young people on the first steps of the career ladder are encouraged to hone their skills and capabilities in line with business requirements, to help them successfully tackle future tasks and challenges.
