Work and leisure

Our employees enjoy at least 25 days of leave per year. Then there are the additional free days between Christmas and 3 January, which are compensated for by time worked in advance. The working week consists of 40 hours.

Working hours model

The working hours model of Ascom (Switzerland) Ltd is based on the Swiss engineering industry's Collective Employment Agreement (CEA). It offers our employees a great deal of flexibility in structuring their working hours around their individual needs: a much-appreciated plus.

Pay model

Salaries and wages are based on the Swissmem comparative analysis of salaries by function as well as on experience and performance. Function assignment and salaries are reviewed on a semi-annual basis.

Further education and training

The pace of technological change necessitates ongoing further education for employees. Ascom (Switzerland) Ltd not only promotes further training and education for business-related purposes, but also provides employees with assistance in pursuing their individual further education objectives.
